I understand that a deposit will be charged to initiate services for care, training or transportation and relocation arrangements. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.  In the event of cancellation, my deposit will be forfeited and I will be responsible for any and all charges incurred on my behalf. I understand that rates quoted for care, training or prior to shipment are estimates only.  I understand actual charges are based on time & materials and may vary, based on services provided and expenses incurred on my behalf.  Payment of the estimated fee is due before release or departure of pet. Any balance due will be charged or credit issued accordingly.  Final invoicing may take up to 90 days.

The Animal Welfare Act, a Federal law enforced by the USDA, sets all standards for animal care. The Transportation Security Administration governs all transportation.  Anderson Acres & Anderson’s Pet Express abides by and acts in accordance with all rules and regulations set forth.  

Variation in weather, etc. may delay or alter the animal’s travel plans, causing additional expenses to be incurred for board and care, additional flights, veterinarian care, documentation, etc.

This authorization will remain on file and in effect, until signed, written notice of cancellation is received.
